Our liver is constantly working.
It processes nutrients, metabolises hormones and medications, produces bile and helps transform substances so they can eventually leave the body.
But LIVER LIBERTÉ is not only about what we metabolise physically.
For five days, we create space to explore what happens when we reduce the constant input from the outside and turn our attention inward.

EXPLORE THE JOURNEY
-
You don’t need to know how to fast or how to do a liver cleanse before joining.
I’ll guide you through the process step by step.
Before we begin, you receive your preparation guide, shopping list, herbal support and booklet, so you know what you need and how to prepare. We also meet for a Preparation Call on 04.11., where we walk through the physical journey together and leave space for questions.
Then, from 11–15 November, we move through five phases:
01 · PREPARE
Create space and prepare your body for the fasting days.02 · EMPTY
Move into fasting and reduce what comes in.03 · EXPRESS
Bring energy into movement. This is also where we meet for our Expression Into Anger live space.04 · TRANSFORM
The central cleansing day, including the guided liver-flush protocol and supportive practices.05 · INTEGRATE
Slowly return to nourishment and give the experience space to settle. After the five days, we meet once more for our Integration Call on 16.11.

Liver cleansing · fasting · herbal support
For five days, we intentionally reduce what comes in and support the body through a guided fasting and liver-cleansing process.
You don't need previous fasting experience or need to know how to do a liver cleanse. You’ll be prepared beforehand and guided through each step as we go.
The physical journey includes:
PREPARE → FAST → SUPPORT → LIVER FLUSH → REBUILD
You can choose between juice fasting or a gentler option with juices, broth and light soups, depending on what feels appropriate for your body.
Throughout the journey we work with herbal support and selected naturopathic practices such as mineral clay, digestive and elimination support, a castor-oil liver wrap and the guided liver-flush protocol.
You receive a clear preparation guide + shopping list beforehand, and the practical instructions arrive step by step throughout the journey.
The intention isn't to push your body into the deepest cleanse possible.
It is to consciously create a period of less input, more support and more space for your body's own processes.
You don't need to remember everything.
One day. One step at a time. -
Movement · stagnation · expression · energy
While the physical journey supports the liver through fasting, herbal support and cleansing practices, the somatic journey approaches the process through the body itself.
We explore where energy feels stuck, held or stagnant and use movement, breath, expression and body awareness to invite more movement and flow through the whole system.
Especially around the diaphragm, ribcage, spine, abdomen and the space around the liver, we work with practices that can include breathing, twisting, shaking, sounding, stretching, intuitive movement and deep rest.
Not with the intention of mechanically “detoxing the liver” through movement, but to work with the felt experience of holding and stagnation and give the body different possibilities for movement, expression and release.
Because stagnation doesn't only show up physically.
Sometimes what feels stuck in the body is connected to something we haven't expressed, a boundary we haven't set, a decision we haven't made or energy that hasn't had somewhere to go.
Throughout the five days, your LIVER LIBERTÉ booklet guides you through a parallel inner journey, while daily somatic practices bring that exploration directly into the body.
We work with:
movement · breath · expression · anger · boundaries · direction · willpower · energy · release · integration
A central part of this is our live Expression Into Anger space.
Rather than treating anger as something we need to get rid of, we explore its movement:
Where does my body want to move?
Where am I holding back?
Where is there a NO that hasn't been expressed?
What wants to move through rather than stay stuck?
And where does that energy want to take me?The intention is not simply emotional release.
It is to reconnect with the body's capacity to move, express, regulate, soften and find direction again.
The physical journey creates space.
The somatic journey brings what is stagnant into movement. And together, they become the heart of LIVER LIBERTÉ.
-
There is not one “perfect” way to move through LIVER LIBERTÉ.
OPTION A · JUICE FASTING
Fresh juices, water, herbal tea and the preparations used within the journey. This is the more intensive fasting pathway.
OPTION B · SOUPS & JUICES
A gentler pathway with fresh juices, warm broth/light soups and herbal tea.
You will receive guidance beforehand so you can choose the version that feels appropriate for your body.
The point is not to choose the hardest option.
The point is to choose the journey you can actually meet.
-
The journey may include:
guided fasting
herbal preparation
herbal tea
mineral clay support
castor oil liver wrap
bowel-cleansing guidance
a guided liver-flush protocol
rest and gentle movement
conscious fasting break and rebuilding
Some materials are included in your herbal support package, while others are purchased individually.
You receive a clear shopping list and detailed instructions beforehand, so you know exactly what you need and what is optional.

EXPLORE THE JOURNEY
-
Every day it helps process nutrients, hormones, medications and substances we are exposed to. It produces bile, stores energy and nutrients, and transforms compounds so they can be used or eliminated by the body.
And importantly: your liver is already detoxifying you every single day.
So when I speak about a liver detox I mean creating an intentional period in which we reduce what comes in, support the body's natural elimination pathways, support digestion and bile flow, and give the whole system a different rhythm.
We eat continuously. We consume continuously. We stimulate ourselves continuously. A cleanse creates a deliberate interruption.
During LIVER LIBERTÉ, we therefore don't only “eat healthier.” We go through an actual fasting and liver-cleansing process, including herbal support, digestive and elimination support, a castor-oil liver wrap and a guided liver-flush protocol.
The liver flush on Day 4 is a central ritual within this process. It creates a clear culmination of the physical journey after several days of preparation and reduction.
This is also why I don't see cleansing as something we need to do constantly.
Cleanse. Integrate. Nourish. Live.
LIVER LIBERTÉ creates a short period in which we intentionally simplify what comes into the system.
Depending on the pathway you choose, we work with juice fasting or a gentler soup & juice variation, herbal preparations, mineral support, liver wraps and a guided liver-cleansing protocol.
This isn't about punishing the body or forcing it to “detox harder.”
It is about reducing, supporting and creating space.
-
Most of our days are built around constant input.
Food. Coffee. Information. Work. Stimulation. Doing.
For five days, we intentionally interrupt some of that rhythm.
Fasting changes metabolism and gives the digestive system periods without incoming food. But LIVER LIBERTÉ isn't about how long you can survive without eating.
It is about noticing what emerges when consuming temporarily becomes quieter.
-
This is where LIVER LIBERTÉ becomes different from a conventional fasting program.
In several traditional systems of medicine, the liver has long been symbolically and energetically associated with movement, anger, direction, frustration and the capacity to act.
Modern medicine does not consider emotions such as anger to be literally “stored in the liver.” I don't use that idea as a biomedical claim.
Instead, we use this ancient association as a somatic and reflective doorway.
Because anger itself is movement.
It can tell us:
Something matters.
Something crossed my boundary.
Something needs to change.
I want to move toward something.
I want to move away from something. When this energy is constantly suppressed, intellectualised or turned against ourselves, we may lose contact with an important source of information.
So while the physical journey works with reduction and cleansing practices, the emotional journey asks:
What am I ready to stop swallowing?
